Auction Details
The NAFA 85th anniversary fundraising auction offers art enthusiasts and patrons an exclusive opportunity to acquire exceptional art pieces while making a meaningful impact on the future of artistic education. ​The auction, apportioned into silent and live auction, features over 20 works by iconic Singapore artists. ​The Silent Auction Lots include paintings, works on paper, apparels, experiences and many more from artists such as Tay Bak Chiang, Hong Sek Chern, Yeo Hoe Koon, Ho Seok Kee, Casey Tan, and many more.
​In addition to the Silent Auction (online), a Live Auction held in partnership with Bonhams Singapore at the NAFA 85th Anniversary Gala on 2 September 2023 will also feature works by Aw Tee Hong, Han Sai Por, and Boo Sze Yang among the exciting lots to be introduced. Bidders unable to attend in person will be able to submit absentee bids by contacting NAFA representative via email at nafa85auction@nafa.edu.sg. ​
All auction proceeds will contribute directly to the development of the academy, fostering the growth and nurturing the talents of aspiring artists.
Silent Auction (Online)

Silent auction lots will be available for bidding through this site from 4 August 2023.
Note: Second batch of silent auction lots will be uploaded on 19 August 2023. -
Bidding for all silent auction lots will be closed on 30 September 2023, 11:59pm.

To place a bid, go to the lot details and click on the ‘Bid’ button. You will be prompted to enter your contact details and bid amount.

By submitting a bid, you acknowledged that you have accepted the Terms & Conditions and agreed that bids submitted by you are final and will be honoured.

Silent auction results will be announced by 6 October 2023 via email to successful bidders.
Live Auction

Live auction lots will be available for public bidding from 19 August 2023.

Public bidding for live auction will be closed on 1 September 2023, 12 noon.

To place a bid, please submit your bid through this site or email us at nafa85auction@nafa.edu.sg to register an absentee bid.

The highest public bid entry for each live lot will be put up, on behalf by a NAFA representative, during the live auction on 2 September 2023 at Capella Singapore.

A NAFA representative will contact the public bidder via email by 4 September 2023 on the bid results.
Tax Deduction
All donations made will receive 2.5x tax deduction, based on the difference between the closing bid price and starting bid price of the auction lot (GST excluded). Please note that there will be no tax deduction issued if the difference is less than SGD10.
