About Lim Han Quan
Lim Han Quan is an emerging musician and composer, trained in both classical and popular music traditions and specialises in composing tuneful melodies with rich, evocative and emotional harmonies, He graduated with first class honours from the joint NAFA-RCM Bachelor of Music (Honours) composition degree under the tutelage of Dr Zechariah Goh in 2022. An avid performer, he plays the piano and electone and has also dabbled in the drum kit. Han Quan has represented Singapore in many electone festivals around the region, performing his arrangements and compositions.
Apart from music, Han Quan also recently completed a Graduate Diploma in Applied Positive Psychology in 2020 from The School of Positive Psychology (Singapore). He strongly believes that music can be used to touch people’s hearts, and hopes to be able to integrate knowledge gained from both fields to spread the joy of music to as many people as possible.
In his free time, Han Quan can usually be found searching for music that inspires him.
